4. Pricing and Payments

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can proceed to fulfilment.

6. Personalised Products and Photo Printing

Some My Kindy Book products are personalised using photographs supplied by customers.

You understand that image resolution, lighting, focus and cropping may affect the final print quality.

We aim to reproduce supplied photographs accurately using our printing equipment and production processes.

However, minor differences between screen displays and printed photographs may occur.

Where a print is defective, incorrectly produced or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

7. Copyright and Image Ownership

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload to My Kindy Book.

Uploading photographs does not transfer copyright ownership to us.

By submitting photographs for printing, you grant My Kindy Book a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, reproduce and print those photographs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing associated customer support.

You confirm that you own the necessary rights to the photographs or have obtained permission from the relevant copyright holder.

We do not claim ownership of customer-uploaded photographs.

We will not use customer photographs for advertising, promotional materials, social media or other marketing purposes without separate permission.

We reserve the right to decline an order where we reasonably believe that producing the requested material would infringe intellectual property rights or breach applicable law.

8. Photographs of Children and Privacy

We recognise that many photographs uploaded to My Kindy Book feature children and families.

We take the privacy and security of these images seriously.

Customer-uploaded photographs are used to process and fulfil orders and for related purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer-uploaded photographs or use them for unrelated marketing purposes without appropriate permission.

Personal information and uploaded images may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to operate our website, process payments, produce orders or deliver products, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible standard, non-personalised photo albums.

To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, products must be unused, undamaged and in their original, resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Personalised photo prints and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has commenced.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant products are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, My Kindy Book may offer promotional discounts, special packages or discount codes.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply in addition to any voluntary returns, refunds or warranties offered by My Kindy Book.
